im MightyOne from CoG Sv4... ive bought 2 times gold, i received only 1 time...since than have past 2 days,no news about my gold...now i see is something about migration...yerstaday ive bout some red items,and looks like il loose them...i send 3-4 mails to Live Suport,no news.. from mystake,i deleted my mails without check them,so i deleted the message with my safe password to migrate...so i have 2 problems: i want 49 gold back,cuz ive paid for them...and i wantto dont loose those red items ive bought yerstaday,cuz ive paid a lot of gold for it! can i please have an answer to my problems?!!!!!!!!! thank you for patience to read this,my e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org if needed
we have checked your two payments each of 49 gold using Mopay, the first payment (2012-12-20 06:33:25 PST) in the morning was failed and the failing type is defined as "User Timeout" according to Mopay system and also defined as "unpaid" in our own system.
If your money was deducted even if it was failed, please contact Mopay or your mobile phone service provider. And if you can provide us with some proof that your money was deducted for this payment, it would be really appreciated.
And for your red items you said you bought and lost, what are the items please and when did you bought them pls? Please contact our livechat and provide with more info.
